Most of them do not know how it is to be treated with
basic human dignity. They simply don't know that they are entitled to better
lives. Some of these people may get enlightened but they are too few, and it is
often too late. Whatever they do for the good of their brethren is more than
offset by the sheer cruelty of life itself. So the majority get used to their
undignified, unfair, unremarkable and unwanted lives. It is the most pathetic
thing in the world.
